The Grant

The shimmering abstract mural that greets guests at The Grant, an upscale apartment complex in downtown Cleveland, subtly evokes the building’s history—in the 1920s, it was the site of Diva Records. GHS worked with a local artist to create the wallcovering, which conjures a galaxy of sound through undulating ribbons of gold, screen-printed records, and hazy clouds of shimmering color. The musical theme sounds through the 24 pieces GHS sourced for the building, which include concert poster lithographs and custom graffiti panels.
